Agreement and operator
These Terms of Use govern your use of Study All, operated by Marquette Consulting & Management (Marquette, we, us, or our). By creating an account or using Study All, you agree to these terms.
Original practice and alignment
Study All provides original practice and study tools informed by published resources and structured study methods. We describe program-specific alignment to a public blueprint, standard, or authority only when that basis has been verified for the relevant program. Content availability, sources, and alignment information may change as materials and requirements are reviewed. Study All is not an official certification examination, is not affiliated with a certifying body, and does not provide official exam content or scores. Practice results do not predict official exam outcomes, and we do not guarantee certification, employment, licensure, or any other result.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for activity under your account. Do not misuse Study All, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit its original practice content without written permission.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid features are offered by subscription where shown at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid subscription period when applicable. Payments are not refundable, and there are no prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or these terms as Study All evolves. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Study All, or our legal rights.
