Account access

Use the password-reset and verification links on the sign-in page when they are available. Do not share your password or account credentials with anyone.

Subscriptions

Subscription questions will be handled through the published support address. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid period when applicable.

Practice content

Study All provides original practice and study tools, not official certification examinations. Practice results do not predict official exam outcomes.
