Who operates Study All
Study All is operated by Marquette Consulting & Management (Marquette, we, us, or our).
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, account credentials, notes, and other content you choose to save. We also collect study activity needed to provide practice, flashcards, progress views, and account access.
How we use information
We use this information to operate, secure, improve, and support Study All; to provide your account and study tools; to administer subscriptions; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Study All does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We may retain subscription status and transaction identifiers needed for account access, billing support, and recordkeeping.
Optional analytics
If you choose to accept optional analytics, Study All may measure aggregate activity on approved public pages, such as page views, approved navigation or call-to-action clicks, scroll-depth milestones, visible-page time, and coarse click-map grid positions. Analytics are off by default and are not collected unless you opt in. This analytics feature does not use session recordings, collect form values, track authenticated study activity, or store email addresses, account identifiers, assessment content, or raw click coordinates. You may decline without affecting access to Study All.
Service providers and security
We use service providers that help us operate Study All, including hosting, authentication, and payment processing providers. We share information with them only as needed to provide the service, protect Study All, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and changes
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Study All, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may update this notice as Study All evolves and will post the updated effective date here.
Account deletion
Student account holders may request self-service account deletion from their authenticated Account page. The request immediately cancels paid billing and account access, then schedules permanent deletion of eligible account data after 7 days. Staff accounts require verified manual handling so we can preserve necessary content and governance audit records. We may retain information where required to meet legal obligations.
